Do you find yourself a bit distracted from the voice of your Heart? If you could take a moment to deeply listen to the Innate Wisdom of your Heart, what messages might it share?

Join me to explore the Heart Chakra, the energy center of love and compassion. Breathwork, chant and Crystal Singing bowls work together to gently connect and give voice to the most tender parts of Sacred Self.

WHAT TO BRING

• An open heart
• Wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers
• Lidded water bottle
• Yoga mat, pillows and blanket
• NOTE: 18 Springs has yoga mats, bolsters and blankets available if needed
• NOTE: If you'd prefer not to recline on the floor, I have 2 zero gravity chairs available. Reserve yours now or please bring your own.

COST

The cost of this  Heart Centered Sound Meditation Journey is $40 and includes light refreshments afterwards.

THE WANING PHASES INVITE INWARD REFLECTION, STILLNESS AND REST.
