Have the seeds of other's thoughts, beliefs and opinions taken root in the loamy soil of your Soul? Do these roots support your highest good or keep you entangled in what was never really yours?
Step into a sacred circle of creativity, self-inquiry, and embodied wisdom as we explore the Root Chakra, the foundational energy center of physical and emotional balance, security, stability and safety. Through the intuitive practices of collage, wandering, storytelling and journeying with Crystal Singing Bowls, you can explore and tend the rich garden of your Soul and Spirit.
Allow imagination, symbolism, movement, and reflection to awaken your inner guidance and bring balance to body, mind, and spirit.
VENUE
This retreat will be held at the beautiful Parkway United Church of Christ, Winston-Salem NC. The church is situated on peaceful wooded land which invites one to gently wander in soulful contemplation.

Arrive at Parkway UCC at 8:45 am for registration. Lunch will be served at 12.30 pm and the rest of our time will center on compassionately connecting with and exploring the landscape of our in-most Self through sharing in sacred circle, journaling, art, and being in community.
WHAT TO BRING
- An open heart
- Wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers as the temperatures might be low
- Lidded water bottle
- Journal and pen
- Yoga mat, pillows and blanket for Sound Healing Journey
- Feel free to bring your own art supplies for your personal use

COST AND REGISTRATION DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS FEBRUARY 15, 2026
The cost of this one-day retreat which includes lunch, snacks and an abundance of art supplies is $265.00 per person. Space is limited to 14 retreatants.
Payment is as follows:
* A non-refundable admin fee/deposit of $140 is required to register for the retreat.
* The balance of $125 is due on or before February 25th, 2026.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should it be necessary for you to cancel your participation in this retreat, you will be refunded the retreat costs less the non-refundable deposit. Your cancellation must be made no later than January 19, 2026. You are also welcome to find someone to take your place instead of cancelling.
Should Naomi need to cancel this retreat for any reason, you may apply your payment toward another retreat or receive a full refund.
THE MOON PHASE ON THIS DAY ON FEBRUARY 28 OUR BEAUTIFUL MOON WILL BE IN HER WAXING GIBBOUS PHASE. THIS IS THE PHASE JUST BEFORE SHE HANGS FULL-FACED IN THE NIGHT SKY. WAXING GIBBOUS INVITES US TO BE MINDFUL OF WHAT WORKS IN OUR FAVOR AND TO RELEASE WHAT DOES NOT. WHAT IN YOUR GARDEN SUPPORTS YOUR SOUL'S GROW?
