Does the busyness of modern life have you a bit distracted or disconnected from the voice of your Heart and Soul? If you could take a moment to deeply listen to the Wisdom of your Heart, what messages might it share?

An invitation to join a sacred circle of creativity, self-inquiry, and embodied wisdom awaits. Accompany us as we explore the Heart and Throat Chakras, the energy centers of love, compassion and the ability to speak one's truth with with clarity and confidence. Through the intuitive practices of collage, wandering, storytelling and journeying with Crystal Singing bowls, we will gently connect and give voice to the most tender and often silent parts of Sacred Self.

This retreat offers a unique opportunity to explore the Heart and Throat Chakras using image, symbolism, movement, and reflection to awaken your inner guidance and bring balance to body, mind, and spirit.

VENUE

This retreat will be held at the beautiful Parkway United Church of Christ, Winston-Salem NC. The church is situated on peaceful wooded land which invites one to gently wander in soulful contemplation.

Arrive at Parkway UCC at 9:00 for registration. Lunch will be served at 12.30 pm and the rest of our time will center on compassionately connecting with and exploring the landscape of our in-most Self through sharing in sacred circle, journaling, art, and being in community. 

WHAT TO BRING

• An open heart
• Wear comfortable clothing and dress in layers
• Lidded water bottle
• Journal and pen
• Yoga mat, pillows and blanket for Sound Healing Journey
• Feel free to bring your own art supplies for your personal use

COST

The cost of this one-day retreat which includes lunch, snacks and an abundance of art supplies is $265.00 per person. Space is limited to 15 retreatants. 

Payment is as follows:

* A non-refundable admin fee/deposit of $140 is required to register for the retreat. 

* The balance of $125 is due on or before March 10th, 2026

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should it be necessary for you to cancel your participation in this retreat, you will be refunded the retreat costs less the non-refundable deposit. Your cancellation must be made no later than March 15, 2026. You are also welcome to find someone to take your place in the retreat.

Should Naomi need to cancel this retreat for any reason, you may apply your payment toward another retreat or receive a full refund.
