Office Policies

Health History

Before your first session you will be emailed a Client Intake Form to complete.  Please print and fill out the form and bring it to your first session.

To provide proper therapy at every subsequent session it is the client’s responsibility to always inform the therapist of new and existing health conditions.

Confirmations

Appointments will be confirmed the day before the scheduled massage.

Cancellations

I know that your time is valuable and your appointment time is reserved solely for you. Only if you cancel or reschedule with sufficient notice can I refill your time with another client. I must therefore request that you provide 24 hours notice or that you send a friend or relative in your place. Otherwise, you will be charged for the session.

Tardiness

Please arrive for your session a few minutes prior than your scheduled appointment to allow time to discuss any new changes.
New clients should allow up to 15 minutes before the massage to discuss any health issues with the therapist.
If you are late for your massage appointment you will be provided as much time as available within the scheduled time slot. You will, however, still be charged the full amount for your scheduled session.

Payment

Payment is due upon receipt of services. Cash, checks, credit and debit cards are accepted.  Please make checks payable to Naomi Baker.

Sexual Misconduct

Sexual misconduct, in any form, is unacceptable.  By scheduling a massage session, you understand that any illicit or sexually aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will result in the immediate termination of the session.  If a session is terminated by me because of sexual misconduct, you agree to full payment of the scheduled appointment.
